No Returns on Perishable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, all perishable items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns for Non-Perishable Items

All non-perishable items must be returned within 10 days of the date you received them.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them.

Returns must include a signed letter of acknowledgement attesting to the condition of the returned item(s).

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued if:

We shipped the wrong item(s).

An item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

An error occurred on our part during order processing.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:

Perishable items.

Packages refused, delayed, or confiscated by correctional facilities.

Packages delivered to a facility but not released to the intended recipient.

Returns received after the 10-day period or without proper documentation.
