Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the correctional facility.

Once a package is delivered to the facility, Fresh1204Co is not responsible for when or how it is distributed to the recipient.
Shipping Restrictions

All packages must comply with the rules of the recipient’s correctional facility.

If an item in your order is not permitted, we may substitute it or remove it from the order.

Perishable items cannot be returned or refunded once shipped.
Third-Party Providers

Fresh1204Co relies on third-party service providers (including shipping carriers, correctional facilities, and payment processors) to complete orders.

We are not responsible for delays, disruptions, strikes, or shutdowns by these third-party companies.

If a third-party provider experiences a strike, shutdown, or service interruption without providing at least 30 days’ advance notice, Fresh1204Co cannot be held liable for order delays or cancellations caused by such events.
Failed Deliveries
We are not responsible for:

Packages refused or confiscated by correctional facilities.

Packages delayed due to facility processing times or shipping carrier issues.

Incorrect or incomplete recipient information provided by the customer.
Returns of Non-Perishable Items

Non-perishable items may be returned within 10 days of receipt in the same condition they were received.

Returns must include a signed letter of acknowledgement attesting to the condition of the returned item(s).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
